The Service Application Form (link below) constitutes the Agreement between each Council customer and Blink Mobile Technologies Pty Ltd, the operator of the blinkNotices service.
If you’d like to discuss any aspects of the blinkNotices service, or gain access to a demonstration Council ‘site’ then please contact us on (02) 4340 5110.
If you’d like to proceed with the service then complete all details in the Application Form (link above), have a responsible Manager sign, then forward (by post, fax or email) to Blink Mobile Technologies along with your Purchase Order.
