There are 3 service levels to cater for all sizes of Councils and the degree of sophistication they require from the service.
Councils can upgrade at any time from one level of service to the next based on a pro-rata price adjustment.

This is the level of service that provides for all contingencies. Council can have unlimited keywords spread across various functional areas. Each of those functional areas can also nominate their own administrator.
There is full independent analysis and reporting of usage statistics. Message records (including the message on the system at any given time & records of phone numbers who accessed the system) are archived.
This option also allows each Council administrator to enter mobile phone contact details for up to six key contacts and send SMS’s to those contacts at no charge directly from the BounceBackCouncils interface. This is ideal for letting any manager, VIP, Mayor or sport/school administrator know when you’ve updated messages applying to their clubs. |

Single Administrator

This option suits a larger Council that intends using the BounceBackCouncils SMS service in many ways (sports grounds, beaches, events/festivals).
This option requires there be a single administrator or a single point of contact within the Council but allows the Council unlimited keywords across a range of Council functions.
This option also allows the Council administrator to enter mobile phone contact details for up to six key contacts and send SMS’s to those contacts at no charge directly from the BounceBackCouncils interface. This is ideal for letting sports associations know when you’ve updated messages applying to their clubs. |

This option is ideal for a smaller Council that only intends using the service for a single purpose (ie sports grounds) and doesn’t require large numbers of keywords.
This option also allows the Council to obtain usage stats from the administration but there is no independent reporting on usage stats from BounceBack nor is there archiving of message data for legal purposes. |
